International Orders
All international orders costs are based off the weight of the order. From day of shipment, your order should arrive within 1-10 working days depending on your location. When it does apply, we do not cover customs and international tax, this is the customers responsibility when purchasing goods. Please check limits in your country for this.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed, we do however aim for your order to be with the courier within 24 hours. Please then see below for duration on time for your order to arrive after dispatch.
  • If your order contains any pre sale products your order will be held at packing until all items are available. We will then send all items of your order at one time.
  • You will receive tracking info via email when your order is dispatched.
  • Please note by purchasing products we cannot control climate conditions and the heat from the hot Summer sun. As of course we do I best to make sure your purchases are wrapped safely, if wax is left in the sun for a period of time it can go soft and melt. Please leave a shaded area and direct your local courier to this area as this is the customers responsibility. Please bring in your parcel inside ASAP.

International orders      4-10 working days

Additional delays may occur during New Zealand public holiday periods.

Any orders made on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
All items are tracked, if you would like to require signature at delivery, please let us know.

Returns & Liability:

If you aren't 100% in love with your product please let us know. We are happy to have anything returned as long as it is un-used, packaged and in its new condition. However, we wont be able to pay for your postage to send it back to us.

Any packages lost in courier however aren't our responsibility. We highly recommend using tracked postage with all orders as this can insure nothing gets lost. We do not hold accountability for lost or damaged items once it has left our studio. We do not hold responsibility for customs tax etc, this is the customers responsibility.
