Once we have received payment for your order, we will ship it off within 24 hours as soon as it is ready, most customers receive their order the next day after payment has been received, but we can't always promise this, so please wait 2-4 working days for you products to arrive. Any orders made on the weekend or public holidays will be shipped the next working day.
All of our products are shipped with CourierPost. All of our bags are Non-Signature but are tracked and more than often arrive overnight. You will be emailed with your tracking number when your items have been packed and are ready to go.
We currently only ship in New Zealand.
Returns:
If you aren't 100% in love with your product please let us know. We are happy to have anything returned as long as it is un-used, packaged and in its new condition. However, we wont be able to pay for your postage to send it back to us.
